Good spec.......
I was thinking it was a television studio or a movie set........just didnt get as detailed as you. So maybe the helicopters fly them from Long Beach to Century City or Burbank. ( you LA people know better than I do where the locations might be).....then a taxi to Beverly Hills to the finish line...........

I took what you said and did some light researching (heh) and Bob Hope (Burbank) Airport could be plausible. They did sign an agreement with Briles to Fly LA helicopters http://www.toflyla.com/ back in May 2010 and those helicopters have the same colorations as the one in the preview but I'm unsure if the colors of helicopters have anything to do with their respective companies. Briles also has an agreement with Van Nuys, but Bob Hope seems less busy and more inconspicuous.
If they fly helicopters into the port area, this company also has a listing in Hawthorne.

Are they kidding?:
--- Quote --- Fatal crash
Francis Gary Powers died in 1977 in an accident. He was 47 years old. He had been covering bush fires in Santa Barbara County. As he returned, his Bell Jet Ranger helicopter, registered N4TV, ran out of fuel and crashed in the Sepulveda Dam Recreation Area several miles short of Burbank Airport.[6]
Powers was survived by his wife, two children, Dee and Francis Gary Powers Jr., and his five sisters. Powers is buried in Arlington National Cemetery as an Air Force veteran.[6][7]

Well that's different. How did you make the connection?
Do they reassign those numbers?
