10years back when I was in LA airport, took a cab driven by a Iranian driver who speaks very little English and
got me lost for the entirely 1hr. 10years now, thought thing has improved and yet you still can find cab driver who can't speak English. As English is the first language in the US, so it's a bit strange how on earth did these cab drivers can their licence. Don't they need to take some kind of test?

I've seen S'porean Taxi Drivers with iPhones even.. so why not? :cmaslol
