What are they talking about in this shot?
They are talking about the bungee jump. She is saying that she lost her bananas.

I lightened up this shot a little. Maybe it will help track down the location.
Slowhatch:
I couldn't find any repair shop on Terminal Island (doesn't mean it isn't there; I got a little lost myself driving around the place). Not in San Pedro either (for WP).
