What is it with the obssession with iPads?  :cmaslol

If it is a memory task, as indicated by the notes, teams must have to enter their answers in on the iPads.
But what is it that they're all looking at in front of them?

Did anybody catch what Kat says in the taxi in the finale preview?  Jill says "as quickly as you could can possibly go" and Brooke and Clair do their usual thing about being the first female winners.  However, I couldn't hear what Kat said.  It most likely means nothing but I'm just curious.
