Actually Jill is holding her own picture to put in on the board as a U-turner. But I do think they do Chad and Stephanie. In cap 18 is there any way to tell who is in the picture on the right?

I actually can't see why Thomas & Jill would U-Turn Brook & Claire over Chad & Stephanie after last night. The way I see it, they U-Turn Chad & Stephanie and because Brook & Claire are behind them, Nick & Vicki decide to use their U-Turn on Brook & Claire. The picture we see of Vicki holding her team card may be her picking it up, not putting it back.

I honestly can't tell either, it looks like the team member on the right in the left picture is wearing pink pants. It's very difficult to see any of the right picture.
It seems like Nick and Vicki are arguing about who to U-turn, I wonder if they change what Vicki has already put up there.
