Speculating : Maybe there is a Switchback Roadblock from Season 5 , eating Caviar.

The controls are at the top-right: the binocular button toggles the street view; the drop-down box on the right lets you choose map, satellite, or hybrid; and sharing-links are created in the field above (circled).

Nice to see they're going to St. petersburg again, I went there last summer.

There may be a Switchback of sorts, but it doesn't appear to be caviar. The glimpse of the piano seemed like it was similar to TAR 10 Ukraine detour with the sheet music; there might be another similar task that I can't place at the moment as well.
