Donald Trump's ratings-challenged show "The Apprentice" may get a shot in the arm with the upcoming season of spinoff "Celebrity Apprentice."

Actress and reality star Lisa Rinna and Grammy-winning singer Dionne Warwick are slated to begin filming the new season next week.

Rinna made the switch to reality TV after her "Melrose Place" days with her new TV Land show "Harry Loves Lisa" and was a contestant in the second season of "Dancing With the Stars."

Star Jones, who had a short-lived show on TruTV after her contentious departure from her co-host chair on "The View," is also rumored to be coming to the boardroom this season.

Others reportedly showing up this season are Sugar Ray's lead singer Mark McGrath and La Toya Jackson, who previously appeared on the British "Celebrity Big Brother."

Ratings for "The Apprentice" have dwindled from a series high the first season in 2004, with over 20 million tuning in, to an audience one-fourth the size for the current season.

However, seasons of "The Celebrity Apprentice" have seen an audience boost.

Celebs -- who complete in tasks ranging from selling hot dogs and cupcakes to creating viral marketing strategies -- compete on the show to raise money for charity.

Former winners include Piers Morgan, who is set to take over for Larry King when he retires, comedienne Joan Rivers and "Rock of Love" star Bret Michaels.

The upcoming season is set to air next year.
