Doubt so. For starters, Christina is quite petite. Second, she has shoulder long hair. unless she has cut her hair since going on the race, and the person didn't see her legs (highly unlikely), she cannot be confused for a boy.

Juding by the Wii cover, Mark and Michael are on it rather than Mel and Mike.
