Remember on the 11th season (All-Stars) Reichen or Chip (can't remember which) was at the Miami Airport and met some teams during filming. Sometimes former racers are at an airport but not in the race so we could keep this in mind!

It was Chip. as he lives in Miami-Dade and travels frequently. Still does, as a matter of fact.
There have been a few times when a former Racer has stumbled across filming elsewhere. I can't remember who at the moment, but there was an encounter one season in a train station in Germany, IIRC. So that sort of thing is always possible.
