This isn't news, let's call it speculation!
From over the transom...
There will be 13 house guests...at least two will be from previous seasons. Consider them "unlucky" house guests from their first time around. Ten are rumored to be in sequester already with the 3 returning HGs waiting to return to the house later this week.
