Why can't you tell someone you are nominating them? I know it's the rule, but why is that rule in place?
And what exactly IS the rule? Obviously the HOH can lie and tell people they aren't going up when in fact they are . . . can he also lie and tell people they are going up when they aren't? Can he tell the truth and tell people who aren't going up that they aren't going up?
And here's another thing - if the HOH tells someone "you ARE going up," is it really true that BB actually prohibits him from putting that person on the block? If so, then I think that is totally unfair, especially at this point in the game.
HOWEVER, it would give Lane a way out of his dilemma, if he were smart enough to figure it out. Couldn't he just tell Enzo and Hayden that he slipped, and now BB won't let him put up Britney? Whether it is true or not doesn't really even matter.
