NEW YORK, June 1 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The Board of Directors of Viacom Inc. (NYSE: VIA - News and VIA.B - News) today announced that Tom Freston and Leslie Moonves have been appointed Co-Presidents and Co-Chief Operating Officers, effective immediately. Mr. Freston and Mr. Moonves succeed Mel Karmazin, who has resigned.
