Regan is telling Rachel that she needs to control her emotions and think about her game and think past this week and he is also congradulating her. She says that she knows and that she really did hear them. Regan tells Rachel to think about the longer term and to apologize and work on repairing things with her. rachel doesn't want to repair things with her but will calm down.
