Matt, I have good news and bad news for you guys. It's like this. taking forever to get to the point
Telling them by them calling the house meeting it's making it look like he is working with them if he doesn't put them up after they threw him under the bus
Here is the proposal, you pick it. I can put you both up which you don't want I am sure or I can put neither of you up, but I would like to make a deal to keep me safe next week. If someone wins the POV I will have to put one of you up, but I won't push them to use it.
Brendon, so everyone came up here last night and said put us up?
Matt, no it was more like a given with the house. But I am offering you guys, this is it. Somebody might not use the POV and I'm not going to push for anyone to use. You can campaign for yourself for nobody to use it. I'm stuck. I am going to look so suspect withnot putting you up. But if yu don't want to make the deal for next week . . . .

Matt, the two people I am thinking of putting up probably won't win POV. I want to be up front with you

Rachel, when I was HOH and had to put somebody else on the block, there were lots of people throwing you under the bus

Rachel, I think it's cool and respect that you brought us up here
Matt, I am not going to push for a backdoor situation. If somebody asks me if they want me for them to use the POV, I will not push for it.
Rachel, I get what you are saying by not pissing off the house
Now Matt explaining how it looked like Kathy overran the HOH room last week and the perception that she is with them

Matt seems to know who voted for him, names Andrew as one of his votes and Brendon too. Telling them he had 5 people come to him right away telling him they had his vote
Matt just want to give you a chance without making him look like a wierdo. If I don't put you up will you make the deal?
Rachel, you were never a target, ever, until that house meeting
Matt, that house meeting is what is making me have to do this, it's so suspect. You two together next week for HOH is huge

Matt, this gets awkward. I might not even try to win. I like you guys, I am trying to have a balance
Rachel, what you are saying so so dangerous. If we don't get to play in the POV . . .
Matt, I am not going to campaign against you to use the POV. If that means making deals with the POV winner, do whatever you have to do. It might not even happen. Of the two people I am thinking about putting up, you might win the votes against them
Rachel, what if you nom me, at least then I have a chance to win POV?
Brendon, I don't think you should risk that.
Matt, that would look better for me, but I'm with Brendon. You are in a better position for you guys, but it's up to you
Rachel, I don't want to do that, but I'm scared if we don't get drawn for POV to fight for ourself
