Brendon is giving the girls tips on getting enough sleep and eating slop after working out. Then they say they will be tired for POV and Rachel brings up that brendon told her to eat slop before it and get lots of rest the night before it.

kathy used her breathing skills that she uses on the gun range to do the HN comp thats what got her through it cause enzo kept saying breathe in breathe out
kristin is gonna put some stuff in the wash and offers to put kathy's things in there with hers

The houseguests are saying that CBS probably hate us for getting Annie out and finding the noise things
