kathy giving annie a pepe talk.. do what makes you happy and what makes you good.. it's what you need to do we are who we are.. and when you start to be someone you are not.. it makes things harder.. and i understand that you are not accepted by your family.. my heart goes out to that i couldn't imagine that my mom, my borther.. or whoever that i'm living with that they don't accept.. how long has it been

annie it's very new.. and that's it.. i never seeked out a girl but everything just fit.. i wasn't scred to try it.. whether we stay together or not i don't want her to be embarrassed.. she had a hard life and when ragan told me a story it waas almost a slap in the face for me to sit thre and not feel for him

Annie: I've tried to think of a different approach

Kathy: I pray that your parents will understand you and be open to what makes you happy, but it weird to say I have family members who don't talk to me and I don't know what for. I am who I am and I don't want to change. You need to surround yourself with people who understand you and this is not the place to do that.

Annie thinks she should be able to have her opinion and her parents should be able to have theirs, but that they can have a relationship.
