I don't know if I can trust another dude posting sightings off of a desktop. Unless they're confirmed, of course.

I am not sure this can be confirmed. I can ask someone to see if they can respond in Portuguese, but it won't be tonight.

Unless they had some really good wifi. Take it with a grain of salt.

I'd feel a little more positive about the BernardinoCipr tweets about Sao Tome if he had any kind of twitter history before this. He has never tweeted anything before this stuff about TAR. Joeyhort had the same twitter history. It's pretty suspicious to me.
