Probably by the Sunday before the show.  If you vote on Sunday you get bonus points.  If you vote on Monday you still get bonus points but not as many.  They do some sort of a percentage thing.  The reason I did well in the game last season was because I would vote as early as possible and then not change my votes.  You can change your votes until show time or maybe like by 11:00am that day.  Not sure.  If you change your votes your extra point percentage goes down.
