I just wanted to put this in as conjecture with a bit of spoilers that made me think:
Missyae said the elder's use the medallion on Episode 2's Combined Reward/Immunity Challenge, but didn't say if they won or lost. Some people have been speculating that La Flor goes to TC2 and votes Alina/Shannon/KellyB? out of the game. And I realized, Jimmy Johnson is basically assuredly leaving on Week 3 after that interview he gave talking about his 8 days in Nicaragua (3 episodes). He was regarded however as an excellent fisherman, catching fish with the fishing gear. Usually on Episode 2 Combined RW/IMM, they give Immunity and as reward it's fishing gear and I wondered if that meant that the elders win and Jimmy gets his fishing gear before leaving in Episode 3, though JimmyT was the target, JJ said no we shouldn't vote him out so they kicked him out instead.
So maybe the explosive TC2 is LaFlor, though I possibly/probably will be wrong

It's been basically confirmed that Shannon is the 2nd one to leave. Next week there is a spec'd combine RC/IC where the Older Tribe use the MOP. There's a big tribal council fight and Shannon is voted out.
There is also a spec'd tribal switch on Ep.3.
