Dan/Jordan find him 1st. Sitting outside.
Phil: This is the Singapore Flyer.
Fast Forward: Team that conquers this metal beast will consider it their wheel of fortune. When capsule is at the top, must leave it and walk along the beam outside of the capsule.
Dan/Jordan decide to go for the Fast Forward.
Other teams can't find Wu.
Running every which a way.

Is Carol & Brandy the only one who knew who Allen was (one says he's a very attractive man).

Cops: DETOUR.
Phil: Pound drums, or pound pavement.
Drums: Go to Speakers Corner. Learn a complex routine on drums, and when the teacher thinks you're ready, you'll perform it with a drum troupe.
Pavement: Pedestrian mall. Must pick up supplies and 10 boxes of ice cream. Must make/sell 25 ice cream sandwiches. Made with actual bread! After selling all 25, get the clue.

L & M leave detour thinking to do the fast forward, even knowing Daniel & Jordan aren't accounted for.
