Am I correct that I'm seeing velcro-type material on the back of some of the placards?
That may explain why all of those cards didn't fly off in the wind gusts (just the ones that weren't firmly attached.) Just a guess, and I could be wrong in what I;m seeing, and it may well not work in those higher gusts. But what do you think?

Except its a Roadblock. Thats why Jet, Caitie and Louie are waiting at the end of the stadium by themselves. If it was a Detour, then both team members would be working on the puzzle.
