Detour: Chingay (flag carrying on the head/face) in the Padang Kota Lama! Translates into "Field of the Old Fort," just outside Fort Cornwallis (Neobie) in front of the Penang Town Hall.
VS incense carrying at Thnee Kong Thua (天公壇), or Altar of the Jade Emperor (Neobie)
RB: coconut smashing (location??)

How about this order...........
Land at Airport......
go to Snake Temple and get clue for Detours.........
Go to Detours.....
After Detours........get clue for Roadblock.......
Arriving at Roadblock.......Cowboys get clue for Speedbump, since they are in same area.
After RB.......then off to Pit Stop......

Looks like Steve and Allie doing the Flag Detour.......so she is probably trying to get a taxi. Did you get a screencap just before this one, without the Sun blending in?

Jet/Cord are looking for a taxi outside the Snake Temple, I think. That means they're behind at the start then?
The tour bus, passer-by in a cowboy hat, and the store hawking "鐘金泉" (brand name of an ingredient for rojak, popular as a souvenir, especially for Chinese tourists) suggest this is a tourist destination. I was looking around in the historic district, but not much luck with the stripes (which are clearly visible on Google Earth) and the row of trees. Think the Snake Temple fits the bill!
Note the staircase, ramp and railings in the first pair of photos.
If Steve/Allie switch Detours that can't be good.

I'll go check those caps, but I think there were only 3 blurred ones....
No...it goes right to a big sun...this is the only one... But IS this Steve?? Looks right but I thought his shorts were darker...
