I don't think the house would know that there's a saboteur running loose. CBS might have a fear that the house would know early and evict this person, leaving production up in arms over what they're going to do next. There's always something that could happen there. Don't get me wrong.

BREAKING NEWS: The supposedly 14th houseguest
Per twitter and confirmed by CBS, the 14th houseguest got cold feet and bailed at the last minute so there will only be 13 houseguests. I will follow up on this once I get more info.
