This is probably obvious - but this photo of Jeff driving is on Rue Victor Hugo - just before the entrance to Tattinger.
He's going the wrong direction if he is driving directly from Wargmoulin though - which leads me to believe that the task in the vineyards comes before the Champagne tasks.

Well the promo clue says racers get lost on the detour..Are you saying that JJ are lost by going in the wrong direction here?

What I'm saying is that Jeff is driving in Reims in a direction that is not consistent with him coming directly from Wargemoulin to Tattinger's Saint Nicaise chalk caves. So either they were a little lost, or there was something that took them in another direction before the tasks at Tattinger Reims.
My guess is that they visit one of Tattinger's vineyards as part of a general task, find the special grapes, then travel to Reims for the Roadblock.
