Here are the schedules through mid-afternoon from Epernay to Paris-Est (all using TER rail system):

So, these trains depart around 31 after most hours and all arrive at 53 after the following hour.

It's not clear if President Obama would speak once the "Senate bill" is passed even if the House has not yet voted on the "Reconcilation Bill." (The "Senate bill" can go directly to the President for signature.)

The first of the two real Roll Calls could start at about 8:40 pm ET and that would take no more than 15 minutes. (And that's likely to be right in the middle of TAR.) If they do wait until the second bill is passed, then it'll be close to 11 PM ET before the House is finished (and that could delay TAR on the West Coast, instead.)

So...which is closer to the trains?? The RB or the Detour? ???

Looks like our friends in Canada and elsewhere will see the whole episode before the East Coast -- NCAA game just went to overtime (7:30pm ET.)
