CBS EYE-lerts do provide that service, but it cannot predict how long the delays will be. Based on experience from the last several years, I estimate that the East Coast delays for both March 21 and March 28 only will average about 15 minutes and top out at 30 minutes unless there is a multiple overtime NCAA game.

We'll still have about an hour's heads up, as 60 Minutes will still air before TAR. But I'll do my best to relay their information Sunday night once something comes in my inbox.

Do we see Louie & Michael in the footage of the detour and roadblock (I don't remember seeing them or Steve & Allie), with the possibility of a fast forward I wouldn't be surprised at all if either of those teams went for it (or Jeff & Jordan, but since we don't think they survive this leg, then it would mean they really screwed up a fast forward).
