So assuming "missing" = "eliminated," a men's team, a women's team, and a coed team have all bitten the dust, and seven men and seven women are left.  Pretty nice balance.

I think what you see is in changzhou leg(9 teams race).But I don't see Paul & Francis in changzhou leg.
Now the only missing team is Miguel & Hector(or Paul & Francis ?)... :groan:

In the viedo spoiler of yangzhou leg,we can see Sean & Amy , Naresh & Deepak, Karen & Lisa(picture on yield board), Aleksandra & Janis(yielded by Karen & Lisa) ,Charlie & Rachel, Molly & Sarah , Rick & Josh(spolier in qingdao leg) .

So  I'm pretty sure the first two teams out of race are Miguel & Hector Paul & Francis !

Nope.  In Brazil's first and only season, the first THREE teams out were men's teams -- two best friends, two boyfriends, and a father and son.  The remaining one made it to the F3, but came in second behind a women's team.
