the female is a brunette. Allie its Joe for sure. Not by looking at it but because all the other teams are alreadey paired up
Micahel and Louie with Jet and Cord
Brent and Caite wtih Jordan and Jeff
Dan and Jordan with Carol and Brandy

I can't tell if the person on the right has a benie hat on or if that is a ponytail flying in the wind ?

I agree with you, it looks like a ponytail. Also, Joe isn't bigger than Steve. Not that much bigger anyway. So it must be Joe and Allie.
