That seems plausible. However, it looks like the other half of the Intersection pair do a different task (navigate the trains).

Intersection and Fast Forward would mean two teams win it, and the possibility of a permissible first place tie on the leg. (This happened the last time there was an FF, in fact that was the season a team won two fast forwards within the rules.)

Agreed. But I think we have seen Brandy (?dark hair) watching a pair (my guess is Joe & Allie) on the bungee before doing the bungee with Dan. Thus 2 Intersected teams doing the bungee.
Based on the vidcaps, Joe & Allie are essentially finished with the bungee when Brandy is shown watching them. If bungee was a FF, the Joe & Allie Intersected alliance would win the FF and Brandy & Dan would not have to jump.
Somewhat convoluted and confusing.

And the eating/drinking task would likely follow the bungee. Otherwise the bungee would produce an ugly messy visual.
DavidJunior:
maybe the navigate the subway is the FF option?
could they be taking it to the Beatles place, where the FF clue would be waiting for them? wasn't there something about a Beatle's puzzle? ???
