I should point out (if it hasn't been already) that even though this is claimed to be the first time teams have ever had to use public transportation to get to the airport, it is not. In the very first season of the race, at the starting line teams took the subway or taxis to the airport.

Did they? Phil didn't say that at all. CBS may have called it the first time teams used public transportation in LA, though.

Brent/Caite and Jordan are on my hate list now. The others, even though some made mistakes, are still okay, for now.  :snicker:

A throwback to season 6 in Chicago. And I knew this would happen someday.

I think it made it more interesting than seeing teams drive to LAX, which is such a bore these days.

Interesting to have a male and female racer have the same name in the same season.
