I personally understand "getting them" by talking to flight attendants or something like that. They got the seats, of course, but we don't see them getting them.
mswood:
As we see them get those seats its enough for me. Hell in the thread when asked I even said if we saw them just talk to a flight attendant about it it would count, since we see them talk about it and we see them actually in said seats thats plenty.

Actually we hear Dan saying that they moved up to FIRST CLASS seats. So if we take his word for it we DO NOT SEE THEM IN BUSINCESS CLASS SEATS. But he is bragging a bit. They are sitting in the last row of the middle section of United Business Class seats on a Boeing 777, those usually reserved for the crew since they do not recline as much as other seats in the section. Also in United First Class, you will not find seats this much together on the 777 So even though Dan claims to be in First Class (liitle does he know what First Class is really like) he and Jordan are in Business Class.
The question is: "When first seeing the Finish Line, Whom do we see first?" When we first SEE the finish line it is in Phil's intro and the shot starts off with him standing alone on the matt, then the camera pulls back and we see all the eliminated racers in Candlestick Park. There is nothing in the question that says where in the program do we first see the finish line.
The question is: "How many times is Tiarra Gate brought up in this episode (referring to of course Caite's Pageant), If you count being mentioned in the intro to the three teams, then you have to count the answer above to the finish line. Or both not. Can't have one with out the other. And actually the Pageant was never mentioned, just that she was a former Miss Teen South Carolina.
Agree that Brent and Caite never mentioned anything about "Star Wars".
Technically, you should not award any points about the RAPPELLING since it was not Rappelling, but ASCENDING. You have to go by what is seen in the program not by that which might be indentified wrongly in some "spoiler" or other insider stuff which a person who does not depend upon spoilers would not have seen. The official CBS previews of th is episode just showed persons on the side of Coit Tower and you could not tell whether they were going up or down at the time. Seems to me this was just a very tricky mswood type of question to keep everyone in the game honest. Good going, mswood. In future games we will all be alert to you tricky little moves.
mswood:
Actually I honestly thought they were rappelling. I would love to take credit for being sneaky, but nope. I really thought they were rappelling.
Thank you G-Man, I did forget that I have stated (at one time) that questions are for the leg themselves (not the intros, previews, or previously on footage) unless the question specifically mentions them (for example this is the first year I didn't include a question about the changing intros.
