Would the numbers and letters in the right hand corner of the picture "FQ936" mean anything? That might be something to look for.

See the little license tag JoaB? Looks like FQ then 9236

As peach mention!! Correct that the license plate for the Ice Cream Seller which is actually a motor bike..
