Following this from the sightings thread - cross off Russia - the sun will have set by 5:45pm. Same with Beijing.

You could actually cross a lot of those off due to the sun having set. In fact, the only place on that list that IS in the Southern Hemisphere is Australia. But, I don't know if it gets dark in the countries closer to the equator later or not.
