Just a few pointers: Here in Singapore, there are many TAR based theme challenges, so don't get mixed up by this, as many schools, camps and even churches organize this. regardless what, i doubt that TAR16 will ever visit Singapore, after the poor concept in TAR3, i am still praying that TAR16 comes to Singapore
