Why are they running around a hotel and freeway?? ??? Advertising their presence?? ??? This wouldn't be the start line, would it??
have to say that this is NOT normal race start behavior...
If anyone sees any info about what they are actually seeing, what makes them think TAR, please share...
I am concerned given our history here that we could be seeing our first "decoy start" :lol3:

Taking the decoys to the extreme, how about a "Decoy race" - 11 teams of 2 are paid to embark on a race around the world, while the real race happens a few blocks away.

Don't races usually start either early morning on weekends, or midday during the week, to reduce the amount of potential sightings?
