It was a fake wedding with employees acting as the bride and groom.

Are you kidding?  They film stuff here all the time.  And weird stunts are performed every day 24/7 here on the Strip.  Probably didn't connect it to TAR if it was seen. All they do is block off the street or parts of the hotel from tourists or traffic. This video appears as they are in the back or one of the sides at Mandalay Bay rapelling down.

After giving it some more thought, I believe you (and Chateau, who made a similar point) are right. It's been about 15 years since I've been to Las Vegas and I can recall that the front of the hotels along the Strip was alive with people and activity. However, if you were on a side street a block or two over from the Strip and behind a hotel, there wasn't much going on. Since they were repelling down the back side of Mandalay Bay, that probably kept the onlookers to a minimum. For all I know, 50 people posted tweets and blog entries about they saw stunt men repelling down a building for a movie being made in Las Vegas and we would never have spotted it since they didn't refer to the Amazing Race.

Vegas is a zoo, circus and roman feast all in one. It is a perfect place to "hide in plain sight." It is so hedonistic and me centered, its amazing to me that we got as much info as we did from that leg.

ANTM13 already visited Cirque do Soleil  ;D

I also think, there's no roadblock? or it's the poker chips?
LMFAO @ Making most tasks so physical then putting something Maria/Tiffany can complete in the end, isn't it bittersweet? LOL  :funny:

I'm making a complete guess here:

The teams de-plane UA 551 at Terminal 2 by a special arrangement with the airport and airlines.  Then the flight continues to its regular gate in Terminal 1, thus making it 28 minutes late.  It's scheduled arrival time was 1:39 pm and its actual arrival time was 2:07 pm.

I made some preliminary shadow estimates of the time and they support this scenario.

Great brainstorming there Chateau.........it will surely be interesting to see what actually unfolds. Its going to take a lot of Jet fuel to move that plane from one terminal to the other. I did think it was possible that they changed gates/terminals for TAR and then let the teams deplane first and use the immigration/customs chute to bypass the other people in the regular part of airport. It will be fun to see if United Airlines gets a lot of free advertizing on Sunday.....
