yeah, almost but since they're featuring Prague on TAR 15, the Czechs are now celebrating their 20th anniversary of the Velvet Revolution. It seems that the producers of TAR made a coincidence on the event. :o
Sadly to say that they'd didn't went to Berlin, Germany for the 20th anniversary of the Fall of the Berlin Wall. :(

The producers obviously did not want to wait for Nov. 9, 2009 to have an AR15 go to Berlin or to start AR16 early enough so it could go to Berlin.
