Pinoy Big Brother Season 3 - Double Up!

9. There are HOH Competitions

10. There's a new twist called "Char Char Change!". The rules in the rule book are changed: HOUSEMATES SHOULD DECIDE WHICH OF THE NOMINEES TO BE EVICTEE INSTEAD OF THE USUAL VOTING SYSTEM BY THE PEOPLE EFFECTIVE TODAY.

BUT WAIT!

That's what the housemates know, but they don't know is that this rule is just a prank (from the slang "CHAR" which means fake/prank/unreal. The viewers will still decide which of the nominees for eviction be expulsed from the house. This twist will test the housemates.

Here are events from PBB House:

11. 7 Housemates are left. And the Big Night is coming close, so Big Brother sent back the "Resback Attack" team which is composed of 7 ex-housemates. They will live on the other house. Their task is to help the viewers know the real side of the housemates. Their first attack was the "Ransack Attack" wherein they made the house really dirty and supplies were taken off.

To follow up, the housemates were given the Weekly Task to build a tower made of Dominoes and keep it standing until the break of dawn in Friday. To complicate the scenario, the Resback Attack team will suddenly pop-out from nowhere and attacks the tower. Housemates must then defend it.

At this point, Housemates don't know who's attacking them. So, the Resback Attack team one-by-one entered the House in pretention. One ex-housemate enters the house to cook for the housemates, when in fact, he has the duty to destroy the tower. Then this is followed by two exes who is also given the same case. The next two exes entered the house, but a verbal exchange (the ex-housemate only tested the patience of the remaining HM.) occurred.

Drama starts to sink in as the housemates were really confused what is really their main task: either to befriend the Exes, or Protect the Tower. The housemates were split in this confusion.

In the end, the Housemates prevail. (There are more events here, but it would take time to say them here).

12. Kuya's Darlings: Three Ex-Housemates "re-entered" the house to do a special task assigned to them by the people.

13. BIG JUMP TO THE BIG FOUR: There is a competition between 6 remaining housemates and the winner of which will jump and gain a seat in the Big Four. There were a series of tasks that eliminated Housemates one-by-one in the competition. And then there were 3 persons left. To determine the winner, they have to play an endurance game by standing in a platform in the middle of the pool. In the end, Melissa won the game.

14. BIG FIVE NOT BIG FOUR: Because this edition is Double-UP, Big Four is now Big Five.
