Thats a season high in viewers and adults 18-49.
Look at how significant Football is to CBS jumping from 2.1 - 2.2 to a 3.8 with Football.
TAR had a 3.4 - 3.3 to a 3,5 with Football.
This season football has helped TAR, but not as significantly as the lsat three years.
TARAsia Fan:
That is not bad considering that NBC had an average of 21.9 million watching Sunday Night Football opposite TAR, so getting 11 and a half million viewers is very good. This season is resonating with viewers. I'm not sure why, but I'm not questioning it.
Considering the NFL is getting record ratings this season and sports opposite is TAR is doing well, it's nice to see the Race is holding its own.

--- Quote from: TARAsia Fan on November 10, 2009, 01:24:36 PM ---That is not bad considering that NBC had an average of 21.9 million watching Sunday Night Football opposite TAR, so getting 11 and a half million viewers is very good. This season is resonating with viewers. I'm not sure why, but I'm not questioning it.
Considering the NFL is getting record ratings this season and sports opposite is TAR is doing well, it's nice to see the Race is holding its own.
--- End quote ---
I think the different locations visited in this race is an important factor (not the common countries such as India/China/Thailand/France/Germany/Italy/Russia/Brazil).
Seattlite:
CBS has to be noting the consistent performance this season and with the turmoil with the rest of the Sunday schedule, I think we will not be seeing them mess with a sure thing. If they open the purse strings to start outside LA all the better.
