At Narita Airport, Maria shoots down Tiffany's offer to help.
Ah, conflict! Ericka feels Brian is focused on other teams at the expense of their own progress. I'm feeling Miss USA is going to be yelling at Brian quite a bit during their experience. I can't wait to see it.
At Narita, Marcy tries to keep the mood light with Ron.
Globetrotters Flight Time & Big Easy feel there's some deception from the other teams, but they're running their own race.
Zev & Justin look for Vietnamese dong.

Mat chats now. First in Tokyo.
Here's Meghan & Cheyne saying how happy they are to be in first in the first leg.
Mika & Canaan say they'll win the race. We'll see about that.
Maria & Tiffany are happy to survive to race another day.

Gary & Matt, Sam & Dave, Flight Time & Big Easy and Lance & Keri are happy to be safe to race another day.
Zev & Justin couldn't be happier to be in 5th and how they've run the race thus far.
Tiffany & Maria are amazed that they've finished in 7th after starting the leg last and two hours behind everyone else.
Canaan admits a first in his relationship with Mika.
Marcy & Ron talk about how difficult it is to compete with the younger racers.
We didn't see this in the episode, but Ericka was crying at the mat. She was upset about the ducks and Brian says an angel led him to the mat in Cai Be.
And we say goodbye to Garrett & Jessica.
