Phil rejects more plates.

Garrett Jessica move on.
Brian/Ericka in 10th move on.
That leaves 2 teams.

Both couples.

Colombiana and her boyfriend, and the longhaired guy and blonde girlfriend are still searching. They're the last 2.

COMMERCIAL.

Heavy breathing and Phil telling them there's only 1 plate left.
Yoga teachers need some zen right about now.
Both teams think they have one.

Lance/Keri: You know that's it!
Phil: That is correct.

Phil: Eric/Lisa, there are no more plates left. Unfortunately, no more tickets to Tokyo. Sorry to tell you, you both have been eliminated from the Race.
Lisa: I was really looking forward to it, but on to the next adventure.
Eric: We took the beating for everybody.

(Huh?)   

mswood:
Teams make nicey-nice at the airport.
The Globetrotters are entertaining, as they are for a living.
Conf: Pokergoddesses brag on how much money they won't tell others they're making.

First flight: Everyone I won't name
1/2 hr later Sam/Dan, Mika/Canaan, Garrett/J, Brian/Erica, Lance/Keri


Must find television studio at the base of the Tokyo Tower.

We have our first snit of the competition getting off the first plane. Two females don't want the other to talk to them.at.all.anymore.nohow.noway

First batch of teams get cabs.

Sam/Dan get the moniker "The Hot Guys."
Of course, the girls don't (yet) know they're g-a-e

Lots of traffic in Tokyo, and Mika/Canann's cabbie takes the inside track of the highway, literally, driving on the shoulder.

M/C arrive at the studio.

Meg/Cheyne 2nd to arrive
C conf: What if .. it's a Japanese Game Show!
(And of course, it is.)

Teams arrive one by one from the first batch as the MC and crowd cheer.
Apparently they'll all participate soon.


First group, I think they're all finally present.

SUSHI ROULETTE! ARE YOU READY TO PRAY!
Phil: The host spins a wheel with sushi and wasabi treats. Contestants eat whatever lands, must continue to play until receiving a Wasabi Bomb. When get THAT treat, they must consume it within 2 minutes. Fireballfood here we come!
