Can only vote once online but someone posted in discussion thread to remove cookies in order to vote more, is that true and how do you do it?

I voted for Jeff BTW and the majority of people on facebook are voting for him as well.

I don't know if clearing cookies will help Will? in IE  tools>> internet options>>delete >> check cookies > ok
I don't think the hide my ip sites work either
