Russ would like Kevin to go if he is up because he is stronger of the three.
They will vote Lydia out if she is up, if not then they will go for Kevin.
They are worried about there being a puzzle comp and her being there after three times and wins a puzzle comp Jeff will not be happy (kill himself)
Jordan now asks if he wants to cook pasta.
Jeff says yes and that they can all have dinner together again. he says that they are good now, it is squashed.
Russ asks if they can work out together.
Jeff says yes and then quickly kids that maybe they can workout next to each other and not together :lol:
Russ heads inside and they ask michele what is up that she is still upset.
Michele says that she feels as though she is being set up and that she is upset and she is still upset about things and what happened.
Jeff and Jordan tell her that they are still F3 though so it is okay.
Jeff jokes with Michele htat she swore on her dogs to that when she is hoh she can do whatever she wants.
