russ tells her not to change and his advice it to do what she needs to do to win

russ- they all want to **** each other in there but wont admit it

russ saying no one is willing to admit they want to win they are stringing the others along so that they could back stab them and if it came down to the 3 of them he would backstab them for the money, he admits it and thats where he stands he wont fake to be a friend
