lydia it wasn't bad but then when it got cold i had to grab kevin/ jeff to keep me warm.. i tried to wear layers.. and i hate that..

lydia i laid on  my stoomach for a little bit but agfter 20 mins.. i had to roll over

 chima yeah and you can't lay on your side either

 chima i would agree that the cold showers are the least of the 3.  my body got used to it..

 chima i call it the week of the colon cleanse.. by the time you are done you've lost 10lbs..!!
