Russ comes in and asks what Jeff used on the Halibat that he made last time. Jeff says butter oil and garlic with a little jalapeno.
Russ is marinating it with soy lime and salt and he leaves.
Jeff is showing Jordan his injured toe now

Jeff doesn't want to go up to the HOH right now because they are so close together (Jess, Nat and Chima) he is crabby right now and doesn't want to play their game.
Jordan says that he has been a lot crabby lately.

Russel talking to Lydia in the kitchen, he thinks they are going to follow the herd, that's a ****ty thing.
