Russ telling Michele how much he researched the show, took notes and everything, did his homework during the 7 days prior to going into the house.

feeds switch away from J and J to Lydia and Kev again. Trying to figure out how to get themselves out of harm's way as far as getting the boot from the house. Kevin so excited about losing so much weight.

I guess Russell blew up on ronnie earlier today? I never heard/saw it but Russ is talking about it now and how Ronnie just kind of slunk away
