Jerry Seinfeld ... plans to make it the subject of his return to TV as creator and executive producer of the reality-based series "The Marriage Ref."

The show is hoping to cast couples in Las Vegas (and Phoenix) who disagree on topics ranging from politics to parenting, in-laws to housework.

Inspired by Seinfeld's experiences in his own marriage ("after nine years ... I have discovered that the comedic potential of this subject is quite rich," he noted in a statement), "The Marriage Ref" will feature celebrities (maybe even Jerry himself) and the title marriage referee solving the chosen couples' disputes.....
