Teams started the Stockholm leg from Stockholm Central at 9.40am, 9.55am, 11.55am and 12.05am.
Departure times for the next leg were from 2.23am to 6.29am.
How long do you guys think the Stockholm leg took? And why not exactly 12h?

Neobie:
I see no problem with it being a precise 12 hour leg. Here are the "leave on Arlanda Express" time (several different from yours by 15 minutes due to your efforts to have screencaps displayed), reach pit stop time and the duration between the two:
Nate/Herb: 0935 1423 4 hours 48 minutes
Cheyne/Meghan 0920 1612 6 hours 52 minutes
Brian/Ericka 1135 1637 5 hours 02 minutes
Sam/Dan 0920 1704 7 hours 44 minutes
Gary/Matt 1150 1829 6 hours 39 minutes
Form here a reasonable scenario needs to be developed and I have one to present. The biggest component of the total is the time at the hay bales. Gary did that for 2 hours 46 minutes, but I think Sam was actually longer by over an hour. I am going to guess and say that Herb took 60 minutes, Cheyne about 3 hours, Brian about 60 minutes and Sam 4 hours (for 80 bales at average 3 minutes per bale).
The Arlanda Express takes 20 minutes. Getting to the ferry and across to Grona Lund from Centraal Station would be about 30 minutes. It would take maybe 10 minutes to enter GronaLund and get to the FrittFall. The FrittFall itself with the safety check before and time to get to the place marked by the arrow is maybe 5 minutes. The cluebox and ringtoss were no more than 5 minutes. Finding the marked car would be another 5 minutes. Driving 20 miles through the suburbs of Stockholm to the Explosives range, would be about 75 minutes. Filling sandbags and building the safety bunker probably took about 15 minutes for the most fit teams(Globetrotters, Sam/Dan, Gary/Matt) and 25 minutes for those weaker or not working well together (Cheyne/Meghan, Brian/Ericka). Driving the remaining maybe 15 miles in rural terrain and correctly navigating could have taken 30 to 60 minutes. Getting to the pit stop would take 5 minutes.
So, let's add it all up and see how it compares:
Nate/Herb 20 + 10 + 5 + 5 + 5 + 75 + 15 + 60 + 60 = 4 hours 15 minutes
Cheyne/Meghan 20 + 10 + 5 + 5 + 5 + 75 + 25 + 45 + 180 = 6 hours 10 minutes
Brian/Ericka 20 + 10 + 5 + 5 + 5 + 75 + 25 + 45 + 60 = 4 hours 10 minutes
Sam/Dan 20 + 10 + 5 + 5 + 5 + 75 + 15 + 60 + 240 = 7 hours 15 minutes
Gary/Matt 20 + 10 + 5 + 5 + 5 + 75 + 15 + 60 + 166 = 6 hours 01 minutes
You can see that my estimate technique gives a result slightly more than 30 minutes too low. I believe the difference would be in the difficulty of the self-driving/navigating, so adjustment of a total of 30 minutes there would be a good move. If you do that you get:
Nate/Herb 4 hours 45 minutes
Cheyne/Meghan 6 hours 40 minutes
Brian/Ericka 4 hours 40 minutes
Sam/Dan 7 hours 45 minutes
Gary/Matt 6 hours 31 minutes
My Brian/Ericka estimate is off by 22 minutes with this technique. All the rest are 1 to 9 minutes off.
Neobie:
Yep, Apskip, my train timings are the same as yours (my times are from Stockholm Central, yours are from Arlanda).
But Phil did this awkward thing avoiding the traditional 12-hour spiel, so was there anything that we don't know about?

For the SWEDEN pitstop?
Caelestor:
I say they left out the 12 hour part to add in commercial time for the gnome, similar to how Phil doesn't actually explicitly say "a Roadblock is a task that only one person may perform." Then again, you should be ashamed if you can't figure that out eventually.
