Jeff is going to help Jordan with her speech.

She is also worried that she is goign to poop tomorrow in the chair.

JOrdan will tell him what she wants to say and he will help her word it.

Jordan is telling him that when she gets nervous she gets red and rambles and then just makes herself stop speaking.

Discussing with college football is better than the NFL, because they are playing to win and not for the money.

Casey says that is what separates the really good players in the NFl from the others. Names players like Montana, Jerry Rice, Peyton who get the money but still put in the work effort and try well.

Lydia was 18 when she got her first tat, she went with her mom and it is the monkey on her shoulder.

Her last one was the touch up on her neck. She says that more she gets teh more it hurts her

Russ was going to get a piece done on his back but he was told by managers not to get it done because sponsers like the clean cut image in fighting.

He wants something that is Japanese inspired.

Lydia wants her whole right leg to be covered in owls drawn by her siblings. He has ideas to fill in her left arm also so that she will be all covered at one point.
